You can use my first build without Windows and slap in a NEW GTX 1050 ti.

That means no second hand at all :)

The budget is so tight! Its so tight that i almost wanna add soap to make it a lil smoother. I also dont wanna recommend a dual core :( But the G4560 is an excellent chip!

I made this: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/HBnJ4C. It's about $100 higher than your budget but I think it's worth it.

It's similar to @MVPernula 's build but I swapped the 6-core for a 4-core (makes more sense on a budget build) and also swapped the memory to a kit running at 2400mhz and the PSU to a Gold rated one instead of bronze, because the prices were almost exactly the same so why not? (oh and it has a graphics card as well)

Going any less than the G4560 is sadly really punishing :(

I mean it is a dual core.. But the HT really does it.

lol if it's that easy to save and you have nothing you have to spend your money on then I would just keep waiting lol until I have money for at least a ryzen 5 + gtx 1070 or so

Playing a good looking game such as Horizon 3 with very low settings and/or very low framerates is sad, and not worth it to rush building a pc for.

CPU: Ryzen 2 2700@ 4.0Ghz    Mobo: Gigabyte X470 Gaming 7 Wifi    Cooler: EVGA CLC 240    GPU: GTX1080 FTW DT @ 2113Mhz   PSU: EVGA 750W P2

FH3 will run decently on a 270x with low-medium settings, I had the 2gb model before I bought my old RX 470.

Note:  low-medium is still very pretty in this game.

My old 270x is now in my friend's machine, and it's great for 1080p.

SFF-ish:  Ryzen 5 1600X, Asrock AB350M Pro4, 16GB Corsair LPX 3200, Sapphire R9 Fury Nitro -75mV, 512gb Plextor Nvme m.2, 512gb Sandisk SATA m.2, Cryorig H7, stuffed into an Inwin 301 with rgb front panel mod.  LG27UD58.

Aging Workhorse:  Phenom II X6 1090T Black (4GHz #Yolo), 16GB Corsair XMS 1333, RX 470 Red Devil 4gb (Sold for $330 to Cryptominers), HD6850 1gb, Hilariously overkill Asus Crosshair V, 240gb Sandisk SSD Plus, 4TB's worth of mechanical drives, and a bunch of water/glycol.  Coming soon:  Bykski CPU block, whatever cheap Polaris 10 GPU I can get once miners start unloading them.

MintyFreshMedia:  Thinkserver TS130 with i3-3220, 4gb ecc ram, 120GB Toshiba/OCZ SSD booting Linux Mint XFCE, 2TB Hitachi Ultrastar.  In Progress:  3D printed drive mounts, 4 2TB ultrastars in RAID 5.

point is he need to stay in budget, and a ryzen wont have Igpu.

Why does integrated graphics matter? he's gonna buy a second-hand GPU anyway. Since he has Windows it more than makes up for the better CPU which will last longer anyway.

SAVE up... NEVER at this point buy a CPU with 2 cores.

A solid $800 can get you a GREAT PC that you won't hate in 1 year.

A lot of good parts on that final list. I like that Ryzen suggestion pair that with someone selling a used GTX 970/980 or 1060/RX 480. I can't recommend those bargain cards as they won't allow you to really get decent frame rate without making the game look like a console. 750ti and such are pretty low.

If you could find a motherboard that could still use the old I7-2600K at a good price you'd have a really good PC. Those chips usually are about $130 now but still game excellent. That would allow you to put more into RAM and the GPU. Can't say finding a motherboard/2600K motherboard is impossible but I've seen them on Ebay as combos. Back then... top of the line Asus Motherboards and such. You'd get RAM/GPU/Motherboard for around $250. I'm still rocking the I5-2500K from 2011 Xmas time. It was on the verge of 2012 though. I've only upgraded hard drives. Everything else is still kicking including the power supply. Oh... and I've upgraded the GPU a few times.

No, you don't get 16 gb of RAM with a Pentium... And that mobo is overpriced.

i5 6600k and GTX 1070 but I play 1600-900. 1440p BABY!

Still, don't put too much faith in my buying decisions. xD
