if you're asking how to make money online you can't even legally buy a lottery ticket (at least here in Ontario, you need to be 18+)

Online gambling is very strong. Might be a wise choice, if you got money to spare.

Otherwise its best to buy an auto dialer and focus your "services" on old people, and "newcomers" to Canada and USA.
