My Swiftech H220X failed so I warranted it, they only gave me a new pump - this is ok?

So the pump failed on my H220X (not the X2) I was within the 3 year warranty so I RMA'd it and they accepted. No need to send it back or anything.

 

I was expecting a whole new unit since it's a AIO and all, not a custom loop or just one of their pumps etc. I hadn't messed with it either, it was completely factory. Their pumps only have a 2 year warranty fyi.

 

I was surprised to see that they only sent me a new pump. This doesn't seem normal. My product failed, don't I expect a whole new one? Not just dump the part and have the customer fix it themselves? o.O I'm pretty sure other makers like Corsair would have sent me a whole new unit. What should I do? Is this normal?

It's a different situation, an h60 is completely closed loop so they can't just send a new pump.  If the pump on your unit failed, you get a new pump.
