You can use Steam's free-to-play games, itch.io, and Humble Bundle. I do recommend heading over to Humble Bundle as the bundles are great offers with hefty discounts.

Also, follow @Dealzon and the Hot Deals sub-forum if you want to be alerted when there's a new deal going.

Discussing piracy is against the CoC so let's avoid that.

You can find a lot of free games on https://www.reddit.com/r/FreeGameFindings/ , but most of the time they aren't great games. However, when there are great free games on offer anywhere you're pretty much bound to find them there.

i5 4670k @ 4.2GHz (Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo); ASrock Z87 EXTREME4; 8GB Kingston HyperX Beast DDR3 RAM @ 2133MHz; Asus DirectCU GTX 560; Super Flower Golden King 550 Platinum PSU;1TB Seagate Barracuda;Corsair 200r case.

Quake based games are free and fun to play:

nexuiz

openarena

xonotic

assault cube

Warsow

The servers are only populated on the weekends so good timing.

My favourite is Warsow as they have added extras to the standard FPS movement.
