Fractal R5 and R4 owners, did you add more case fans?

gonvres

Got my R5 system up and running, honestly the temps with the two standard fans seem quite good. But its not a high end rig by any means (1060, Ryzen 1600), nor is it overclocked.

Ive got the case fans running on just the normal motherboard curve meaning they sit at around 700rpm during normal use. I wouldn't call it dead silent in this setting, but with a GPU and PSU that both turn their fans off there certainly isn't a lot of sound.

I heard in a lot of the reviews that you should consider adding more fans to the case to get better cooling performance, but it seems ok?

I had enough fans to fill every spot, but I left the ModuVents on the top alone.

I have the mini c but did added an extra fan: the default one aims directly at the GPU and the one I added I aimed it at the CPU area. Stock wraith cooler but my logic is that I would help the exhaust fans get rid of the air that's bounced off the processor.

Currently sitting at 36c idle @ 3.6ghz on all cores, gets to 55.9c when doing Fallout 4 earlier and to higher 50s on cinebench so I'm pretty happy with the extra corsair fan I took off of an unused H55
