That case appears to have good airflow so yes, I'd replace the thermal paste on the GPU.

I thought it was like rocket science holy hell was I wrong it's as simple as mounting a aftermarket cooler and I haven't gotten that far into getting into windows

 

IT DROPPED ALMOST 20C holy shit balls that TIM was horrible Furmark for 10mins never went above 70C
