Will 4gb of vram and 8 gb of normal ram be enough for playing games like minecraft, rage, need for speed games? A simple yes or no would have sufficed. I don't want to know every little detail just if they will work fine.

Vram is for GPU's

 

If its 8 GB of system ram and a gpu that has 4GB of Vram than yes, depending on the gpu

Yes. Though I'd spring for 16GB RAM if you can afford it.

Yes. As long as you're playing at 1080p or less,

Depends on what games. Older games (like the original Battlefront II) run on my 1050 Ti at 80+fps, 1080p, with only 20-40% usage. So I could probs run it at 1440p or 4K if I wanted.

4GB is more than enough for any game at 1080p and in most cases at 1440p it also is enough.

I run BF4 in 4K white a R9 380 white 2 GB of vram no probleem . Or GTAV 4K med settigns 88 FPS

It really depends on the card, and the settings you want to achieve.
