Need help finding a powerline wifi extender

I need to get a powerline adapter kit to extend my wireless range. Not sure what is best for basic internet operation (enough to watch youtube will suffice). Budget $100. I might need a better router instead, however I'm not sure what the better solution might be for walls of brick.
