RAM being overused for no reason

My ram is being overused for no apparent reason. what could i do to fix this. please help me !!

That's just what chrome does you can swap to a different browser or use a extension that caches them in hdd or ssd or you can just accept it and buy 32 gigs of ram like i did

maybe too much background processes? try to close as many as you can.. or it might be a virus lol.. haha

remove applications that run on windows startup.. i only have 6gb on my system(yes, i'm poor).. but i disabled almost anything that opens on startup like steam, discord, skype, and such

click show processes from all users. that might show a lot more apps that are running and check from there... but i'm not sure, cuz i run windows 7..

Since you're running an MSI motherboard, I'll assume you have Killer Network Manager bullshit installed.

It's a known problem with that piece of junk app. Uninstall it (keep the LAN driver though)
