Coming Back into Tech and Need Advice

I was really into tech and keeping up on everything until it kinda died out for me as money was an issue so I couldn't really put anything to use. But now I have some money and I'm trying to gather a parts list for a pc to have for gaming and streaming. I currently have CS:GO and Gmod, but I am looking into getting games like PUBG and GTA in the future when I have a system powerful enough to run it. Currently my budget is around $800. Please help out. I haven't been able to keep up on new CPU releases like Ryzen that I saw when I pulled up PCPartPicker last night. Id love help and suggestions from the community on the best $800 gaming and streaming pc I can build now to get into it and then have eventual upgrades to it in the near future. Thanks for any and all help.

 

Edit: Just saw my signature and that is at least a year old since I last updated it. Idk if that'd still be a worthwhile build for the same price area I am looking at. 

Also looking at a good size SSD for the OS and some games to boot from and then a larger HDD for storage.

a bit over budget, and only has a 1050 Ti, but that'll tide you over until Vega drops and hopefully the GPU craze dies down (1070s and 1060s are costing as much or more than 1080s now).

Don't get an A320 board, you can't overclock.

No aftermarket cooler needed? Does the Ryzen run pretty cool or just a good stock fan or both? I don't really have any experience or knowledge of OC'ing so I don't know if I will, at least not when I first get the parts.

The stock cooler with a 1600 will let you get to 3.8GHz just fine.

I also need a wifi adapter but I don't know much about those. I set aside money from the actual PC for peripherals and a wifi adapter but I don't know what to go with there. I'd prefer to have ethernet but that isn't an option for me yet.

Just get a ~$20 one from Gigabyte or ASUS or some other trusted brand.

a gigabyte GC-W867D-I rev 4.2 is $30 and pretty decent.
