It does have 6+6 pins:

Hello! I'm looking for a psu that works for a gtx 970 that needs 6+6 pin connector, and I was wondering if this one works.  is the CXM 450. 

 

If not suggest me other that works. and cost less than 60$.

PD: this build is for a friend. I already have this powerful PC.

Yup. It's got a molex cable too, if that wasn't enough. I just got one, and it's pretty nice so far.
