a good liquid cpu cooler

so I'm on a budget of $60 usd I have a Pentium g4560 with a b250m any good coolers around this price range?

a g4560 is so low power you can run that thing on an i7 copper slug stock cooler and be way past the level of cooling it needs.

my pc keeps crashing while playing games at high graphics (I can play payday 2 at max settings with the specs I have and overwatch I can have ultra graphics %100 with my specs) and my gpu is not overheating nor anything else.... my cpu is at 60 degrees Celsius (under load) and 40 degrees Celsius (idle)

60 degrees celcius is really low. you just maxed the amount of power the cpu has if it runs at 100%

then you have an issue, that is unrelated to cpu cooling ;)

your CPU can run up to 100c without any stability issues. at 95c thermal throttling starts. 60c is really low, probably attributable to the low power CPU you have.

 

you probably have a separate issue with system stability.

I'd suggest posting about your crashing in the troubleshooting section.
