Hello, I don't know if this is the right section but anyway I work 10-12 hour work days and can listen to music throughout the day but line-in earbuds tend to get caught and break very easily from the environment of my work. So I want to find some good wireless earbuds/headphones that could last my whole workday and aren't uncomfortable since I will have to wear them for ~60 hours a week. Any suggestions would be appreciated greatly!

price isn't a problem!

There aren't any earbuds that can last that long on a single charge. You'll have to recharge a few time during the day.

I really like the bose soundsport wireless, they are like 150usd and last like 6ish hours. They're great because they are semiopen, you can hear your surroundings a bit so you're not cut off, get a small 5000mah anker powercore 5000. They are extremly comfortable, they've never slipped out for me even when biking or running.

You didn't say specifically what you do but bose qc35 have 20hour battery life, but are headphones.

Dude if you have an iPhone the only headphones you should be looking at are the Apple AirPods:

https://www.apple.com/shop/product/MMEF2/airpods?fnode=42

They are only $10 more than the those Bose ones and are way better headphones all around. The experience on iOS is so seamless and the case carries 24-Hours of charge and a single charge lasts 5-Hours and can recharge extremely quickly.

The customer satisfaction is through the roof too.

The apple soundquality is subpar, it feels like cheap hardplastic and is nowhere near as comfortable or secure. But for apple users it is seamless connection and the quickcharge is a plus. A charge lasts "up to" 5 hours so you will be charging 2-3 times in a workday depending on volume etc.

Another solution is maybe something like the shure se215 or another wired earbud set and route the wires behind your back and over ears like music performers.

Thats only 1 hour less than the headphones you suggested, thats not very much especially if you consider that the AirPods charge up so quickly.

Airpods have soundsport wireless beat on battery, but lose on comfort/sound/ear retention. For apple users airpods are likely better for his usecase.

I also suggested qc35 with 20hours battery life and using a different wire routing solution with wired earbuds for infinite battery life.

Well that is subjective and is highly dependent on the individual.

Of course nearly everything outside of specs is opinion. I'm biased against apple airpods, I used them for a month and just like previous airpods the fit doesn't work with my ears, they are hard plastic with no interchangeable, variable sized silicone tips. They sound tinny and not as, imo, good. Finally due to the one size fits all, they don't stay in for strenuous exercise(for me). Even with all this they are likely the best option, besides qc35(if works in op environment) or wired earbuds until battery technology advances; all wireless earbuds max out at 6ish hours, to my knowledge.

Do you think the qc95 would be durable in a rough/dirty enviroment though? I am a machinist and it gets dirty and have to move around a lot when working

sorry I can't say, you'd have to look at reviews. I just added it because I wasn't sure of work environment and it had longest battery life of wireless I could find. They don't seem to be built for work environment and I'm not sure you want noise canceling for safety reasons.

Airpods or routing wired earbuds behind the back are likely your best choice.

You could get two pairs, and use one when the other dies.

i5 6600k and GTX 1070 but I play 1600-900. 1440p BABY!

Still, don't put too much faith in my buying decisions. xD
