more or less, it does 4K 60Hz. if 60Hz is a compromise to you then there is that

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

It does 4K 60hz, so unless you want 4K 120hz, then no there is no compromise

Thanks, I just needed to confirm this fact as some guy was saying that in order to achieve true 4K I would need a ‘data port’. What was he referring to?

No such thing as a data port. Maybe he meant display port?

Maybe he's confused.  While HDMI 2.0 is fully capable of 4K@60hz, older GPUs with only HDMI 1.4a or lower are not.  However a number of motherboards and graphics cards which only have HDMI 1.4s, do have DisplayPort 1.2 ports which IS capable of 4K@60.  This is why I use DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 adapters to get 4K@60 out of older GPUs like the HD 7950 or R9 390X which lack HDMI 2.0 support natively.  I can see why he may think 'HDMI can't do 4K' instead of the more accurate 'HDMI 1.4a can't do 4K, but HDMI 2.0 can.'  He may not even know there's a difference in HDMI versions.

HDMI 2.0 is capable of 3840×2160 and 4096×2160 at 60 Hz with 8 bpc color depth (standard for computer monitors and pretty much everything). DisplayPort 1.2 or above is required for 10 bpc color depth at 4K (which is a requirement for HDR10 but honestly neither are that important).
