Hi guys, do you recommend the Thermaltake Versa N23 and N25 cases ? If yes, may i please know which is better ? Thank you in advance.

Those are very old cases. If your budget is around $50, you should consider the Fractal Design Focus G

 

If it's around $100, the cases RaptorCandy suggested would be very good

You can look at my Blue Build in my signature for some photos. The case isnt 100% perfect, but it's as close as we've seen in terms of features and pricing (The P400 being just as good though, keep this in mind) 

This case was easy to build in, easy to cable manage, decent air flow and looks exceptionally fantastic with minimal effort

They're pretty good cases for the price.  Both are built on the same chassis, but the N23 is better in terms of airflow since it has mostly mesh grills on the front panel.

 

I'm not sure where the comment about them being "very old" came from.  Both of them were just released last year, which actually makes them about 2 years newer than the S340.

I can't get whatever case i want since my country has a limited market.

You're welcome!  And yes, the N23 should do fine for you.  It only comes with one fan, but you can add up to four more for some pretty nice performance.
