Please don't post advice like this that is impossible. 1GB less VRAM won't outweigh the difference provided by more CUDA cores.

the difference is a 1500x processor, which is the exact same sillicon as the 1400, just slightly higher clocked and more expensive. The 1400 is better value. the gpu is the 480 was only ~225-250$ before, now they're really expensive and hard to find because of people mining cryptocurrencies. 1050ti is a lower tier card but still plenty fast for 1080p. The PSU I choose is a very high quality and efficient just in case you ever want to upgrade in the future.
