http://ddr4motherboard.com/compare/ASROCK-FATAL1TY-Z270-PROFESSIONAL-GAMING-I7-vs-ASROCK-FATAL1TY-Z270-GAMING-K6-vs-EVGA-Z270-FTW-K-132-KS-E277-KR

12 phase power vs 10 phase, different networking options...not really all that much unless for some reason you need it.

Extra edit: oh yeah, the pro gaming has a few more storage options.

I'd get the Taichi Z270 myself.

3 vs 4 PCIE 16X slots respectively

Probably some more VRM cooling on the more expensive board as well as better power phases.

Things the Professional i7 has that K6 doesn't:

5 Gigabit LAN (obviously, you'd need other networking devices that support 5GbE to really use it)

Included WLAN NIC

1 more PCIe 3.0 16x slot

Better power delivery (12 phase over 10 phase and 60A chokes over 45A chokes)

1 more M.2 slot (M Key)

2 more Sata 3 ports

2 Sata Express ports

Displayport Out

Clear CMOS rear I/O switch

And that's pretty much it. For the most part, it's unlikely to benefit most users.
