Building a Gaming rig

Hey guys/girls I might have this in the wrong section so my bad if I do xD. I'm am going to be building a gaming machine and was wondering if you guys could give me an insight into if the parts ive chosen are decent etc...

 

I'm thinking:

Asus ROG gtx 1070 GPU

Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB DDR4 RAM

Intel I7 7700k 4.2ghz CPU

Corsair 750 80+ Gold PCU

Asus Stix Z270E Pro Gaming MOBO

PNY SSD 120GB (Boot Drive)

WD 1TB HDD (Storage)

Phanteks Enthoo Pro Full Tower

XSPC RayStorm Pro D5 Bayres RX240 Water Cooling

Full gaming? Yes that is good, but if you want two fans design go for EVGA ACX 3.0 models

-Frequencies DON'T represent everything and in many cases that is true (referring to Individual CPU Clocks).

Yea, it relative small water cooling plus it custom loop.

 

Does OP have experience building a pc before? or is this first time?

Yea its a custom kit, figured i didnt need that big a water cooler because i dont really intend to overclock it. It will be my first build so i want it too look really good and also perform well. I will be getting a hand from a friend to build it who has built a few machines before thats why i went for the custom water cooler

bWhat a waste to use water but not overclocking. In that case a big air cooler is enough

Still pretty overkill. My $20 air cooler keeps my 7600k @4.4Ghz under 77C while still being barely audible (sound of a case fan)
