anything 550W or above that is tier 3 on the PSU tier list in my sig.

 

as for the build, I'd highly recommend a Ryzen 5 1600, but it's your choice.

the 1600 has better minimum FPS than the 7600K, and averages are very close also.

plus, the 1600 is cheaper.

I would go with the EVGA. 

 

Just checked the PSU tier list. The CX550M (grey label) is actually a better unit. Of those 2, it would be the better choice.

use this build BTW. Ryzen 1600 is IMO better than the 7600K, and it's cheaper.
