Stuck between 2 monitors

I am looking at two monitors right now both of them are 144hz and both are 24in the first is the Samsung C24FG70 it has a VA panel which is nice and it's curved but doesn't have gsync, and the other is the Acer predator XB241H which has a tn panel and also comes with gsync which is good since i have a 1070 The games I play the most are Overwatch, BF1, Paladins, and PUBG, and Dark Souls 1,2,3, 

 

If you are going to suggest any other monitor my budget is $400 and the monitor must be 24in

C24FG70 is my vote, VA has such nice contrast.

the thing is would the c24fg70 be good if I only get one since it's curved, because a lot of stuff I have read have said things such as, there is no point on going with a 24in curved you might as well get an ultrawide or get 2 more and have them wrap around you.
