Help with choosing monitor

Hello guys. Im playing Call of Duty on the Xbox One and I´m looking for a new monitor. But I have no idea of which one I should buy. My budget is about 140-150£. The only thing that the monitor needs is built-in speakers. I will use a headset while playing. But me and my mates often watch movies together so it's unfortunately a must. If you guys could help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance

Monitor has better response and possibly better panel colours than TV for the same price

 

but you won't notice it because an Xbox is tuned for a TV in mind, you don't plug in a console to a dedicated monitor

But if I buy a monitor, will it be no difference on the Xbox from playing on a TV? I will also play some games on my computer so it would be nice to have a screen that I can use to both.
