Hi,

as the topic states, I'm currently on the hunt for a laptop which I will be using primarily for work (e-mails, web browsing, documents) therefore I don't need a lot of performance or storage. What I do want however is a solid battery life. I don't know much about laptops so I'm currently trying to narrow down on a manufacturer and model series. Dell's Latitude series is on my radar right now, but honestly it's mostly due to the fact that it's the only business laptop series I know of, so I'm looking for alternatives for comparison.

I'm also wondering if perhaps I should wait for the release of Zen core based APUs. Do you think I might save much by doing this? Also does anyone have any idea how long  AMD will take until they release their full lineup?

Well for that kind of use case you might consider the MacBook:

If you think you will need USB ports or HDMI ports you can get this as well:
