I think you're on the wrong forum for this issue...

But i guess it does count as air cooling

I would suggest asking a Dodge Ram forum.

BOINC Setup:
i5 7200U @ Stock

Core2Duo T6600 @ Stock

i3 2330M @ Stock

i5 3210M @ Stock

This forum primarily deals with cooling found in PCs, and you're better off going to a forum dealing with cars/trucks almost exclusively. Not saying there aren't automobile savvy people here, but your chances are lower here versus a car/truck/automobile forum. That being said, PCs and vehicles are cooled through the same principles. Your issue might deal with other parts of the vehicle, not the cooling portion.

Issue in the cooling system. Could be the compressor. Our 1993 Ford Probe SE does the exact same thing with a blown compressor. Try getting it looked at by a shop, is my suggestion. I am no professional when it comes to AC. I specialize more in suspension/brakes.

If you have access to a good OBD reader you could check the car is trying to engage the compressor at idle, if it is it's probably a faulty compressor. If it isn't trying to engage the compressor hopefully there will be a fault code that will give you a hint, probably a faulty sensor somewhere.
