I'm looking for a 2-way hard SLI bridge. I'm using two Asus GTX 660 Ti's (double slot cards) on my Asus P8Z68-V Pro motherboard.

But I'm having a difficult time finding HARD 2-way SLI bridges, all I seem to find are the flexible ones.

I also want it in Black if possible.

Does anyone know where I can purchase one?

Thanks

"By hard" you mean a solid PCB SLI connecter. You could buy one off of ebay although you have to ask does it work. Images are unreliable on ebay.

Dude its nice but why make the effort to paint it black.. if you know what I mean.

Really? I guess we all have our opinions.

I like that metal finish on it. I'm guessing the EVGA Logo glows as well. It'd look pretty cool imo.

The problem with solid SLi bridges is COMPATIBILITY. The PCI-E layout for each motherboard can vary.

Flexible bridges makes it so it essentially works for a broader range of motherboards.

Thanks for the suggestion man. (seeing as youre the only one who even bothered to FIND me one lol)

You're right,, it's not black but it is pretty nice. And It would still be fine in my build (mostly black/blue/UV)

It glows on Titan, 780 and some 770s but not on the OP's GTX660

I wonder why would it glow on 770, 780, and Titan but not the 660. aren't all SLI connectors the same? I'm sure I could change that somehow. But even if I couldn't, I wasn't even expecting an SLI bridge that lit up

Flexible bridges makes it so it essentially works for a broader range of motherboards.

You're right, the flexible ones do make that part easier, but according to that forum, that EVGA one comes in double slot (no slot spacing) width at 40mm and double slot card with one slot in between at 60mm. I'll have to go measure, but I'm pretty sure that will fit perfectly on my board.

However, I would love to find a hard Asus ROG bridge. but all I can find them in is 3way.

Something like this:  http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=291015019551

And I found another guy on Ebay saying he had many 2 way hard bridges, but I'm waiting on a reply to confirm that.

Hell, at this point I'd be willing to take any black 2way bridge, flexible or not..

and thanks ivhyn, but I can't afford to spend $30 right now, at least not until I get paid and I want to have the bridge asap (since I just ordered the 660 and i want to use it right away)

It looks like what you want was included with the ASRock Z77 Extreme11 Intel LGA1155 if you look at the bottom of the page is that what you are looking for?  If yes, then they exist.

Also found two different size ones here or here that look rigid and black.

Intel Core i5 2400 - Corsair Vengeance 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 668MHz (9-9-9-24 - four strips) - ASUS P8Z68-V LE - GeForce GTX 660 Ti (MSI Power Edition) - 60GB Corsair Force 3 Boot drive with 2.5TB in a random nightmare of a configuration

Man, that is perfect. Thank you so much. I wish they had pictures of both top and bottom. But it seems they have 41mm, 62mm, and 82mm, so I'm sure one will fit (I still need to measure mine)

But I've never heard of Eclipse Computers (maybe bcuz I'm in the US), are they safe to order from?

Its Extremely Good Quality, very stylish, but its $30, sadly I think this is your only option http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Bridge-2-Way-Graphics-100-2W-0021-LR/dp/B00F93S5DM

Yea, that one does look nice, but it's $30. If I can't seem to find one that fits what I want, I'll just have to shell out for that. Thanks

I am actually in the US as well, I just found them, wanted to make sure they were what you wanted, and confirm they exist at least.  I also did find a few listing on eBay that look like they would work.  If nothing else some of the listings have them next to a measuring tape for scale.

Also, I got the Paint it Black reference. . . now it is suck in my head.  Great song,  some of you likely know it as the China Beach theme. Im not really that into music even and I love it.
