no.

bump the core clock down and the voltage/power limit, this is ETH with dagger.

138 is a good number.

Push your core clock and voltage way down, it does nothing for ETH except waste power. My mem is good until like 920MHz so you just bump it up and see. The memory makes a MASSIVE difference in your hashrate
