Can you choose language of office 365 activation?

I was looking for a 365 license, and found a swedish one for 20% less than the norwegian, with the english being a fraction higher.

Can i buy a swedish or norwegian (or other language) version of office 365 and activate it as an english version?

I'm not sure. But you can buy or activate language packs later for spell checking. I don't know if they work for whole interface. My current version I through uni and has FI, SE and EN for languages, like the previous versions had.

i know you can get spelling and such, and i think you chose interface language when you activate it (i think i heard about someone local who activated the wrong interface language to polish or something, but i'm not basing a purchase on a tech story )
i just wanted to confirm with someone that has installed a couple of licenses that you can change the interface language when activiating office, or if there is some region lock to the language you buy office in..

as i basically just need it for the onedrive storage, i could technically live with a swedish version, but it would drive me slowly insane i think swedish is similar enough to norwegian that it's no problem understanding most of it, but even though, it would bother me..
