I'd say selling it and buy a 1080ti. You can get around $400 from it, and a new 1080ti costs just over $700.

Ok so if you get the hybrid the GPU can be better in cooling but for more information @TheNaitsyrkhas EVGA hybrid card (1080) and he reviewed it

Basically the hybrid cooler in 1080 is used in 1070 hybrid, so you can imagine if 1080 can reach low, 1070 can be lower

I ran an sli rig for years. Very little software utilizes it. The only reason I had that setup was to run 2 monitors. I guess if you just want "the look", and have the money to spend ... well go for it.

Best Excuses:

#1(simple) "Well, I never liked that stupid thing anyway!"

#2(complex) "Obviously there was a flaw in the material, probably due to the inadvertent introduction of contaminants during the manufacturing process."

SLI Looks good, isn't always good in practice. IMHO you'd be better off with the air since you're obviously after looks and 2 of the same card will look much better.

Then getting two different cards destroys the looks IMO... I would get a 1080ti if I were in you're position - much better compatibility, probably slightly cheaper after selling 1070, will look better than two different cards (my opinion obviously)
