Cheap setup for light gaming

The GPU is almost cold while idle, but the CPU is at 90°. Will new thermal paste be enough or I should also get something to replace the stock cooler (or case fans, or both?)?

Try thermal paste first. What cooler is this? Preferably a picture.

Some stock cooler that was full of dust :D

Edit : Now that I think of, I don't know if it's a stock intel cooler, he told me he never opened up the computer but to put the GPU, so it's Asus that put it in there.

Looks fine. I would just get some mid range thermal paste, something like this:

https://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-Compound-Performance-Heatsink-Interface/dp/B0045JCFLY/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1498979516&sr=8-3&keywords=thermal+paste

and apply it. If that doesn't work, get something like the CRYORIG H7.

I'm going today to the store.

I'm probably going to buy case fans, since they're pretty cheap, it was pretty hot inside the case when I opened it
