Questions on an AiO

Hi all,

I have just gotten an AiO from a friend (CoolerMaster seidon 240V) which he had laying around and I wanted to test it this weekend. I have a couple of questions though.

1) I have two fans and the cpu block that I need to connect. I have two CPU fan headers and three sys fan headers on my motherboard, what should I connect to which header?

2) I want to test for leakages outside the case before actually installing it. Can I just connect everything to the motherboard while my air cooler is still installed (and connected to one of the CPU fan headers) to see whether it leaks?

Thanks :)

1) Pump to CPU Header Always. Fans irrelevant.

2) Yes as long as you connect the pump you can run it like that

Just make sure you still have something cooling the cpu when you turn the pc on...

Yeah I was going to just keep my current cooler in until I am sure that it's not leaking. It was moved in a plastic bag since the box had already been thrown out ^^.

So Cpu block on CPU fan 1, one fan on CPU fan 2 and one fan on SYS fan 3 would work?

Sys fan 1 and 2 are lower on my motherboard and I would like to prevent cables across the motherboard for aesthetic reasons.

yeah that's fine. cpu fan 2 will run with your cpu temperature and sys fan 3 will need to be set by you for optimal results
