I was planning on offering 20. I'm gonna look for more but if it's the best one Im going for it

If you don't mind I'd look into making a post over at r/hardwareswap

You'll get a ton of offers, most of them will be crap but there will be a few people who offer some pretty good deals. For $20 the 7770 for sure will be fine at anything other than AAA games because the 1GB of VRAM.

Not sure no one recommends it but the gt 1030 is cheap and is a great card, if I can hold 60 fps on a $70.00 in gta 5 then I think that's good.

750ti

Good luck finding one of those for less than $60. 750Ti's dropped to $60 almost a year ago and have not fallen below it since then.

In my free time I go through and watch ads, offers be made ect. Trust me when I say, you'll be buying from someone who doesn't understand what they're selling if you get anything less than $55 shipped. Cheapest on ebay being sold is $60 and that is without free shipping, easily $70 for free shipping on ebay. $60 on r/hardwareswap has become the normal. The GTX 750Ti is the most stable price I've seen a card sit at for the longest time. At $60 you can find a 7870 Ghz.

Looking through, I'd say the best you'll find is likely a GTX 480 for $30 shipped. Maybe @shadowbytestill has his though I doubt it.

Would that or the 7770 be better performance wise? And which one has lower power usage?

7770 lower power draw.

A 480 though would likely offer upwards of 50-70% more performance

Dude an R7 270x for $30 is a STEAL.

That's damn near illegal

Yo, either way, $30 for a 260x is extremely good. A 750Ti like I said goes for double the price but is no where near double the performance. A 650Ti Boost reference usually goes for about $40, a 260x is as good or better and especially with driver updates the 260x has problem gain some ground on the 750Ti

So go for it? How well does it compare to something like an RX 460

Or I could get a 550ti for 20. I assume the 260x is better.

Idk how it performs next to the RX 460 but it likely doesn't perform near it as the 460 is a completely new architecture. 260x was slightly behind for its time though 460 aimed t fix that

Hey, I recently put a 7770 in a build.  They're surprisingly still capable considering they're a budget gaming GPU from 2012 with only 1GB of VRAM.

Currently focusing on my video game collection.

It doesn't matter what you play games on, just play good games you enjoy.

Do you think that, a 550ti, or a 260x would be a good option.

I would try to spring for the 260x over a 550ti, but I mean, like you said, just something cheap to run games at okay settings until you can get a 1080... it'll do fine.

Would the 260x also perform better than the 7770? Yea its a temporary gpu but it also might be going in my sister's hand me down PC so for indie games and older AAA games like BO2 and such.
