Above 4G Decoding on MSI Z87 XPOWER

Hi so ive been looking around everywhere, motherboard manuals, forums, ect. And i cant find how to enable above 4g decoding on my msi z87 xpower board. Im setting up a mining rig, and i need help asap please. anything helps.

It's a workstation/server feature for using Xeon Phi and Tesla cards. My ASUS X99M-WS board has it but I'm not sure if an overclocking board would have it.

 

I'm not an expert on it but this is my understanding.

Basically only do it on Teslas.
