Logitech brio 4k webcam

Make sure you have the latest drivers. That's all I can think of.

 

BTW did you update your windows os for the creator's update? ever since then this webcam isn't working anymore (according to an amazon review for this webcam).

3.0 is needed for 4K support, it will work fine at 1080p with the 2.0 port

I try not to critisize much but honestly that was a waste of money. I have the logitech c615 that I got for $60 here in Canada. It honestly does the job no problem, no compatibility problems or anything like that. Decent image and all that.
