Hey guys i need a new cheap build. (Since i'm 11 i don't have a lot of money to spend) I already have some parts that i got from my brother when he upgraded his pc: I have 16 Gb's G.skill 2133 mhz cl9 ram, a 2tb WD Green and a 256gb 840 pro.

I need the Pc to be silent so for the case i have decided to use the R4. So that's fix.

I won't be gaming a lot that's why i don't need a GPU. (I will be browsing the web and watching anime)

The budget would be around 600€. So what would you guys build? (I'm here in Germany so the prices on hardware are pretty high) Should go for an APU (wait for Kaveri?) or should i just go for an i3 or something like that?

Thanks.

He is not gaming so a high end Graphics card is not needed.

Hmm i don't really like AMD Cpu's since they run hot, draw to mutch power and require an aftermarket cooler since they use really bad stock coolers. Also i can get a R9 280x for as cheap as 230€ but i don't know which will be good and silent. Take a look and tell me what card to get.  http://geizhals.de/?cat=gra16_512&xf=653_nVIDIA~653_AMD~1440_R9+280X#xf_top

Also i can get a 750 Watt Corsair RM Series Psu for only 35€ more. Should i get it? Because i think that that will be good once i upgrade. (And it's super quiet which is awesome)

get the Ice QX card

your build is going to come out ridiculous IMO if these are the opinions you hold and refuse to change from an R4. I think I'll sit out for the rest of this thread

They only run hot if you overclock, 3570K isn't that much more power efficient and they don't require a aftermarket cooler. AMD would be better on a budget

Here you go: http://de.pcpartpicker.com/p/284y5

Remove the stock case and heatsink fans. Use the Akasas. 1 for front intake, 1 for rear exhaust, and 1 for the 212 Evo.
