~$1500 Work/Play Computer Build, I'd like advice.

Hello everybody,
By the end of Summer 2017, I'll have saved up enough money to buy and build a fairly powerful PC (for the first time). 1500 dollars is my budget. Going a little over is within scope. I've been doing research and building a Newegg wish list for this computer. Below I've gone into detail about what I want from this build. I would like advice on what to get if what's on my wish list could be improved.

I've attached my wish list as an xps because Newegg won't make it public for some reason.

What I'm going to do with it:

Spoiler
  • CAD - Specifically SolidWorks. Not HUGE projects, mostly learning.
  • Screen Capture - I use OBS and want to record, at the minimum, 720p at 60fps.
  • Video/Photo Editing - The highest quality I'll be working with is HD. Cutting down on render times would be nice.
  • Gaming - I'm not a resolution junkie and I don't play bleeding edge AAA games. Cities: Skylines is probably the most intense game I own and plan to play (right now). HD with good Anti-Aliasing at a high frame rate is fine by me.
  • Game Design / Coding - Again, not huge projects.
  • Microsoft Office - Writing reports and working on spreadsheets.

Processing:

Spoiler
  • I want an Intel CPU. (This may be changed with some research into Ryzen)
  • I don't plan to overclock.
  • I tend to play simulation games.
  • I like modding games.

Graphics:

Spoiler
  • I plan to use one monitor for gaming and other demanding applications. Another one may be used for Netflix.
  • 4GB of VRAM should be fine for me.
  • I value HD graphics running at a smooth frame rate over 4k at a smooth-ish frame rate.
  • I don't care whether my graphics card is Nvidia or AMD. From what I've seen the differences don't apply to what I want to do (Feel free to correct me on this).
  • I'm not planning on getting VR or a 4k screen anytime soon.

A e t h s t e t i c s:

Spoiler
  • I don't care about RGB lighting.
  • I don't care about noise. As long as it doesn't sound like a jet engine I don't mind.
  • I like minimalist, uncluttered cases. So cable management is a priority.

Other things:

Spoiler
  • There is no way to run LAN to my computer in my house. Homeplug is an option but I still want WIFI and Bluetooth on my motherboard. Whether it is built in or added on.
  • Windows 10 is my preferred OS.
  • I want Windows to boot fast, demanding or modded games to load fast, and for projects, I'm working on currently to load fast. I also want plenty of storage. My solution to this is to get a 500 GB SSD and a 1TB 7200rpm HDD. I'll put windows, current projects, and demanding games on the SSD. I'll put less demanding games and old projects on the HDD.
  • One of my case expansion bays will be a SD card / USB hub. Another may be populated by a Blu-ray burner.
  • I'm buying in USD

You could get a computer that does everything you need for less than 1000$ but thats up to you

You could swap out the AOI Cooler for an air cooler but thats up to u

then pick up cables from here

https://cablemod.com/product-category/basic-cable-kits/

Why an AIO on a non K non overclockable processor?

You could get away with cheaper SSD and a 550w is fine for a single card, no need for 650w

AOI because they look better than Air coolers and have less clutter and 550 W is good but if he wanted to add 1 more he would hvae to upgrade is PSU

EDIT:

i guess you could go with a h60 AIO aswell

the hybrid was the second cheapest 1070, and I don't think a 1080 is needed, but i didn't check price for a 1080
