Move Applications from SSD to HDD

Hey guys

My SSD storage C drive is getting filled up and I want to move applications from my SSD to my 1 TB HDD. What I want to move is a couple games (Titanfall 2 and Mass Effect 2) and I'd like to move Uplay, Origin, and Battle.net over to my Hard Drive from my SSD. 

If this is possible please reply thanks.

Leave the launchers on the SSD, they are so small it doesn't matter.

However you should be able to move the games individually via the launcher they need OR change settings in the launcher itself to tell it where to find installed games.

Samcool55 is pretty much right here. Although some launchers will build up a cache you can delete in the future if it gets to obig. Most sites tell ya how to do it if needed but caches only end up being like around 2-5GB really.
