I chose KILLER SLI/ac because using wifi is my only option and buying a b350 board + a decent wifi card is more or less the same price with KILLER SLI/ac.

I also already owned an ssd so buying an M.2 NVMe ssd is not my first priority. 

 

So is there anything I can change to improve the list?

no need for a 850w PSU, get a 750w corsair rmx, evga g2/3 or bitfenix whisper m if you wanna sli instead.

I might add another 1080 ti later on and I also want full(or semi) modular psu for better cable management, is there another psu you can recommend?

You can't add another 1080Ti if you don't have a 1080Ti to begin with. 850W is overkill. 650W is enough for SLI 1080s. Get an EVGA 650W G3 and you're good to go. Also get cheaper RAM, you can still get 2x8GB 2800/3000MHz for $105-115. I'd also get a cheaper GTX 1080.
