Ram Installation problems

So im trying to install my ram on my pc but only one works I have checked the list of compatible ram and this one fits the bill but it wont boot up with both sticks in it...

the ram im talking about is in the specs list...

If you mean that one of the sticks is faulty just take it back and get a replacement shouldn't be a big deal for you or the seller DOA ram is more common than you'd think one of my first sticks of ram were dead too

Did you put them in the correct slots?

They are both working but it's just not booting with them both in

Can you get to the BIOS or is it not even posting

I just got it after trouble shooting the manual told me that I have to put the ram in slots A1 and A2 but that didn't work so I tries A1 B1 and it worked fine

Boot it up with one stick and flash the bios. Then install both and power up.
