@domandric034 good , i remember that i disabled some of windows services in order to boost my fps in the game , should i do this thing DDU ? or prefer to format my new pc and even clean the cpu and put new heat sink compound ?! what u prefer

If you have time (to backup) and license then reinstall whole Windows.

Did you uninstall and reinstall gpu drivers after replacing the GPU?

Which PSU do you have?

PSU isn't issue. His gpu won't work if psu was issue.

fully remove drivers and reinstalll?

as for bottleneck, the 2600k will 100% bottleneck the 1080, but not to the point that you won't see any increase in FPS.

@RotoCoreOne dude im doing that just to test and put my finger on the cpu to make sure its working if i feel the heat coming up .

you should never run the computer without a heatsink, period.

its a driver issue.  DDU and install the correct drivers.
