CPU locks to 800MHz WTH???

Hi all Yesterday I built my rig and everything worked flawlessly. but today i couldnt play any game coz it was stuttering and i saw in BIOS my CPU locked to 800MHz. its a i7 7700k what the hell? how should i fix this guys

my specs are:

i7 7700k

Asus Rog z270 F

Corsair LPX 8 GB 2666

Asus Strix GTX1060

CM Hyper 212x

CM Thunder 500W PSU (going to upgrade this to a Corsair RM 750x)

what are your temps? that happened to me when i got to 105 degrees

all normal 36 on cpu 38 on mobo and i didnt OC

thats a lot less than 105 xD alright im lost. try unplugging your computer for 15 minutes or resetting the bios, that tends to help with weird things like this.

Check your Windows power settings. Go into advanced and make sure the maximum processor usage (or something, I'm on my phone) is set to 100%

lol your cpu confused

it thinks the range value for hdgraphics(base 350mhz boost to 1.15ghz)is 800mhz range) is the cpu clock
