(Need advice)This is in the right forum i think

in short my 1080 as a lot of people may know, is fucked so so hard, gigabytes main Facebook page aorus got me a fully free rma with them even coming to get it, now my only worry is although they did gimme an rma slip online the email we used to actually set up this rma was not actually the rma email but the Facebook employees himself, this card needs fixing but i'm second guessing myself about trusting it as it seems unofficial, anyone had anything like this before

Just use the regular Gigabyte RMA: http://rma.gigabyte.us/

If it's a legit person, he will just forward it here, if not... Nothing (other than you personal data being out there).

i need the uk one mate haha, they're coming to get it tomorrow so whatever i do has to be a fast decision, plus at the time i didnt have the shipping money

It's probably because they assume that EU customers just go to the store where they bought the product.
