hey guys,

so my google chrome is having something that brings ads to my face uncontrollably, im sure ive installed some software that came with additional setup wizard that i didn't notice that brings ads everywhere in my chrome. for example when i go to google.com it force me to search in this little box up there in this pic and i have to manually exit it (X) to be able to search in the google's search area

and if by mistake i typed whatever and hit enter it takes me to Yahoo or Bing for the same search.

and sometimes when i click on any clickable object like a "video on youtube" it pops up a different tab thats not even related to it at all. like a shopping website.

I tried reinstalling chrome and didnt work. Any ideas ?

Most of the adware that serve adds can actually be removed like any other programs by going to the programs and features menu in the control panel. Uninstall everything you don't need or recognize

Use malwarebytes if your antivirus doesn't detect anything.

Could be this adware called anonymiser gadget.

Malwarebytes didn't recognize anything.

Zemana Antimalware detected some malwares and removes them. Good software and thank you all.

Do you know what the malware was called by any chance for future reference?
