So what would the temperatures be if someone used copper pipes or even sliver pipes cause they conduct heat much better just load a few dozen fans and some copper or sliver tubing and away we go with the super cool computer.

Got to admit, an all copper tubing/pipe build would look really nice.  And copper is a better heat conductor than silver or aluminium.  The trick is getting the copper to stay shiny all the time and not letting corrosion discolor it.

Biggest issue here is that although you're right that metal tubing particularly copper would help dispel heat more than any plastic there wouldn't be enough surface area for it to make a significant impact. It might shave 2~3 degrees off but the radiators would be providing 99% of the effective cooling. Full copper loops have been done before and look quite nice but I don't think it increases performance by any significant margin.

As said it would be marginal you would be better to have more rads space in terms of cooling performance with copper tubing.
