NCIX shipping from Canada to US

Hey guys, I intend to buy an ultrabook that will only be released in Canada (the Asus UX302LG model).
So I will ship it from Canada to US, and in the NCIX site, there are two international shipping options, Worldwide Expedited and Worldwide Express, the express been a little more expensive,

but what are the actually differences between them? there is nothing about estimated arrival or the carrier... I tried searching details about it, but i couldn't seem to find anything.
And I really don't want UPS to handle the ship when it enters US territory... As i saw people saying that sometimes they hold parcel for some days, charges extra fees etc...

 

Do you guys have any sugestion?

 

And what about those forwarding services? Would that be a better option?

They have s US NCIX.

 

Yea but since Asus said that the ultrabook will only be released in Canada I won't be able to buy it from the US NCIX right?

Express is faster

 

Thanks! Do you happen to know how it's handled? Is it through Canadian Post when it's within Canada then USPS when it's within US territory?
