looking for recommendations for a streaming rig to live stream pool match's  camera advice also if possible looking to stream at 720p 60 fps or 1080 60 fps depending on price internet upload isnt a problem needs to be as small as possible so mini itx rig ?

the general advice for livestreaming is that it's really at x264 cpu encoding, you want as much cpu power as you can fit, you want *some sort* of GPU to take that load off the cpu's iGPU (one you have on the shelf is good enough, otherwise look towards something like a GT1030)

 

8-16GB RAM, depending on what else the system will be doing, and what kind of horrible things you will do to your scene setup.

 

as for capture cards... not because they're a sponsor or anything.. but epiphan.. seriously. they're expensive AF, but there's a reason why *they* are on the ISS, and elgato isnt.

 

storage wise.. what would you use as a boot drive? because that's all you need.

for a small footprint mITX, an m.2 drive would keep it fairly sane inside. Less volume taken by the drive itself, and no cable management. IMHO, if you have the NGFF M.2 slot, and you plan to buy a new SSD anyway... why NOT use it?

cheers for the response's not sure on the budget yet its for a friends venue to live stream the matchs the system will run live stream and light web task at the same time for uploading the live scores to social media and so forth.  the camera will have to come into the budget aswell not sure where to start with that :D  fixed postion with hdmi output
