Dual monitors? Dedicated GPU? Integrated Graphics?

Windows is forcing V-Sync on desktop for everything. It is not possible to disable this V-Sync (even by forcing it off in NVIDIA Control Panel).

So anytime there is any sort of animation going on on the lower Hz secondary monitor (like YT video, flashing icon in task bar,etc..), Windows V-Sync will kick in for both monitors and will try to sync FPS to the Hz of slower monitor, confusing the hell of G-Sync, which results in immense stuttering.

What if I got 1 monitor with g-sync and one without?

So it's best to get 2 monitors with the same Hz?

I don't know for certain. When I talked with NVIDIA support they told me that yes.
