So anytime there is any sort of animation going on on the lower Hz secondary monitor (like YT video, flashing icon in task bar,etc..), Windows V-Sync will kick in for both monitors and will try to sync FPS to the Hz of slower monitor, confusing the hell of G-Sync, which results in immense stuttering.
