Cpu for 1440p 165hz

I want to buy processor mainly for gaming and rendering, i already had gtx 1080ti and 1440p 165hz monitor. I want it to be future proof (if 4k 144hz and UW 200hz 1440p already released). Thank you...

i7-7700k Overclocked to 5 GHZ or a r5 1600 with SUPER DUPER MEGA UPPER FAST WAM (RAM)

 

 

 

I mean above 3200Mhz like 3333 mhz or 3600 mhz

if ur temps are jackshit then yes. And Der8eur (a hardcore overclocker) sells his own delidding tool called Delid die mate. Would be easier and safe than stabbing the cpu with a knife.

You don't need 7700k at 5GHz, even stock will do just fine in most games.

I bet the temps will go crazy since i lived in tropical country ( 22-32℃ )
