my budget is 2000 to 2500 and i want the build to be as quiet as possible silence first then performance im a gamer and lite video editor, im from australia so use australian sites to get the parts

use this : http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=index

BOOM! http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=shopping_cart&sort=20a

Parts chosen and why:

CPU: Intel core i7 3820 - super fast, its the socket 2011 platform which is super upgradable and its the x79 platform which has tons fo pci e slots and supports quad channel and 64GB of RAM)

RAM: G. Skill Sniper F3-12800CL9Q-16GBSR 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3  - 16GB performs well, its quad channel which will give you super performance its also really cool looking and not too expensive.

Cooler: Noctua NH-U12S CPU Cooler  - easy to install, super high quality and wont get in the way of anything

GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 770 DirectCU II OC 2GB  - quite a beast for 1080p gaming, can handle all the latest titles and can be upgraded or put in SLI in the future

SSD: Samsung 840 EVO Series 120GB SSD  - super fast super stable super cheap :D

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB ST2000DM001  - got tons of room and stuff and isn't gonna break the bank

Mobo: ASUS P9X79-LE Motherboard  - got all the needed features plus more, Asus's quality and is Windows 8.1 and Ivy bridge e compatible after a BIOS update

PSU: Silverstone Strider Gold ST75F-GS 750W PSU  - Silverstone quality, super stable cause of 80+ gold and has 750w

Case: CoolerMaster CM Storm Stryker Case  - super beastly, tons of control and designed for gaming, fully upgradable and just an awesome case

OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit with SP1 OEM  - just, just... Don't get Windows 8.1 yet... causes to many problems.

EDIT:

Heres the 2,500 build which is a TOTAL beast and will pretty much handle anything lol.

Yeah, you can add the 780ti in the build which thrashes any other GPU on the market.

i´m not a fan of reference coolers (Nvidias is really good, but still…) so this is my suggestion @Symbolz :)

http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/26u7F

It is 180 AUD over budget, but it will be extremely quiet and extremely powerful :) If you can´t go higher then budget I would top the CPU to a 4770 non-K and a 770 DCU2 :)

Ohh and another thing: This if from Pcpartpicker so it chooses the store where the parts are the cheapest.

You will therefore need to be shopping around from a couple of different stores...

I'd go for a 4930k + RIVE, 2x780 ti in SLI, accompanied with a >1kw psu (Strider plus 1200w perhaps). For storage a 240gb ssd (Samsung 840 pro) and a 2tb caviar green. For cooling either custom or cpu-only-kit water cooling, install these in a Define R4.

Sorry about a not-so clear post, tapatalk says hi..

Current rig: i7-5820K, R5E, 1070ti (windows), Radeon HD7850 (Mac), a bunch of SSDs and HDDs, running MacOS Mojave, Windows 10 + a bunch of debian servers on Proxmox KVM hypervisor

Laptop: MacBook Pro 13" 2017

Previous projects: Razmac G5, Server, zenbox HTPC
