Can someone tell me what this type of scratch is called and if it's easily fixable?

Can't really see an actual scratch from the photo but there isn't much that can be done to fix the screen if it is. You can lessen the noticeability of it by using some car wax and filling in the groove of the scratch similar to how it works on a car's paint to hide any light swirl or scratch marks. 

 

EDIT: lol nvm, I didn't even see that line, as zMeul said it's dead pixels.

its actually a laptop, so rip.
