Cannot Create Virtual Machine with Hyper-V in Server 2012

For a project in my Windows Server class, we had to create an iSCSI target server, and then also create a failover cluster with two nodes and show live migration of a virtual machine across the nodes. I had no problem setting up the iSCSI, the nodes or the cluster, but when trying to create a virtual machine now it it giving me the following error after I click Finish on the wizard to create the VM:

"Hyper-V encountered an error trying to access an object on computer [%computer name%] because the object was not found. The object might have been deleted. or you might not have permission to perform the task. Verify that the Virtual Machine Management service on the computer is running. If the service is running, try to perform the task again by using Run as Administrator."

I've been using the googles looking for a solution and saw a couple of things that I tried with no success. The Hyper-V role is installed on the two nodes where I am trying to create the VM, I checked services and made sure "Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management" is running (It is), but no luck, I'm kind of hitting a wall here. I'm not great with Windows Server stuff still and was mostly following a guide on Youtube, but it didn't mention anything about potentially running into this problem. Any suggestions would be welcomed, thank you.

is virtualization enabled from bios?

Yes, the three machines (iSCSI target and two nodes) are all VM's in VirtualBox. But creating a VM via Hyper-V inside isn't working. Is that the problem?
