Random question:

My friend orders random geek stickers online for when she is mailing stuff, and got this one:

 

She *thought* it was Sarah Kerrigan at first when I showed her a picture of Kerrigan (It was a before/after composite), but once she grabbed the sticker and shot a picture, it was pretty clearly not Kerrigan.

 

Anyone know who it is? Or is it just a "Generic Sci-Fi Female Soldier"?

 

Looks familiar, like maybe something from the 90's, but it could just be general nostalgia.
